Rooms were good overall, but showed some slight wear that could be addressed. However, the service was great! Definitely recommend it.

Every staff member was extremely sweet. Very clean and put together. Fire pit was nice and actually kept me warm lol. Very relaxing stay without any issues:)

We stayed at this hotel for three nights over the weekend, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The bed was incredibly comfortable. But what really stood out to us was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was so kind and welcoming. They always greeted us warmly and made a point to say goodbye as we headed out each day, which made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. As people visiting from out of town, this kind of hospitality made all the difference. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly place to stay.

This hotel is very nice. They have the best coffee I've ever had at a hotel. Staff were excellent and the rooms were clean and spacious. I'd definitely stay again.

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights and could not have been more taken care of. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were like clouds. The shower had a sliding glass door which was a nice touch and they had Dove shower and hand soap which was also nice. We felt very secure with the double latch on the room door. Breakfast left us very full and was delicious. They had a wide assortment of different food choices. Andrew at the front desk was very friendly, was working for our whole stay, and he definitely deserves a raise. This trip was well worth it and we will definitely be back to this location.

Everyone was absolutely fantastic!!! I have come out here several times on business, with several of them extended stays. Staff is very accommodating and polite. I would like to shout out Mecayla specifically. She allowed me to use the staff dryer, to finish my clothes when the guest dryer wasn’t working properly. She took my clothes, bagged them up and called me when they were finished. Above and beyond the call of duty and I Thank you so much again for that, you’re amazing! We will be coming back to this location for any future business trips!

I had such a great experience here!! It was clean, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I came in on the fly; right away Tosha went above and beyond to help me figure out what I wanted and continued to be kind throughout my stay. Princess & mecalya were also both super helpful! Even the kitchen staff went out of their way to talk to guests and make sure they were happy. I have stayed in many hotels in Wilmington but this was by far the best. Wonderful customer experience- this is now my go-to! Thank you all so much!

Kemmons Wilson (the founder of Holiday Inn) would be pleased- comfortable and children can stay free! I told the lady at the front desk that Wilson made the decision to build an empire of motels when he was traveling modestly with his family in the 1940s and discovered that the few motels there were back in those days would charge for each child. According to David Halberstam, Wilson promised there and then to build a string of motels across the country where children could stay free.
